 Role Play: Posting Etiquette, etc

First and foremost I would like to bring some things to everyone's attention. This for one thing is not your normal RPG board, and I know that will throw some of you off a little. There will not be separate boards for texting, calling, e-mailing, etc. If you want your character to have a diary or journal that's different, in this case get in contact with me. Simply if you want to text, call, etc. type the action in your current role playing post and then go to the thread that the other character currently is in and type the action plus what ever you want to do in that thread. This cuts down on the number of boards, and in my opinion is a lot less confusing.

Now to make this clear this is and always will be a time line RPG, and I will not tolerate ghost posting. The only times you're allowed to post in two different places on the role playing section of the board is when your communicating with another character through the above actions or when it is approved by me. I hate ghost posting and if you do it other than the exceptions I will do what I feel is needed.

Let's move on to the good stuff now. No taking over a character that's not yours during posting. It's okay if you have another person's character hold hands with yours and like that if it's partially agreed to ahead of time, but anything bigger than minor details is to be left to the member participating as that character.

One last thing, I don't mind if you make some one line posts while role playing. However, do not make a regular habit of it. Constantly posting one line posts makes it harder for the people that are role playing with you in the thread to react and feed off of what's going on. The more you give them the more likely they're bound to give you a post that you can really work off of. A good reference for post lengths is a mininum of 3 to 5 good quality sentences.
